Diversity management (also DEI: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) is not just about mere tolerance or about giving minorities such as the LGBTQ+ community access to privileges. As a study has shown, when companies commit to the ideal of diversity and inclusion it ultimately also pays off financially. Above all, diversity management contributes to rehumanizing work in general. When a more inclusive environment is created, everyone, not just queer people, dares to meet each other (more) authentically.
I offer trainings on DEI and on raising awareness. Also I accompany leaders and companies in their DEI process.
Mental health work with queer individuals and couples as well as supervision for companies and NGOs operating in a diversity or queer context.
Diversity training for teams and managers, support in the development of diversity management in the company - online and in person.
Development of handouts, guidelines and training material for companies (e.g. for voiio); Currently (2024) I am responsible for the development and implementation of the module “Diversity Management in everyday company life” in the certified “Diversity und Inclusion Manager:in” course for the Haufe Academy.
Hosting events as a moderator or offer impulses as a keynote speaker and discussion partner (such as at voiio, the Deloitte Pride Innovation Challenge 2022 or Discovery's Mental Health Awareness Week 2021)
