Self-reflection and self-care: Together we look at your behavioural patterns and decisions in order to recognise and change unconscious biases. This also involves healthy stress management and a balance between performance and personal well-being.
Empathy and emotional intelligence: You learn to better understand the feelings and needs of your team, build trust and create a respectful working environment - particularly valuable for diverse teams.
Communication and feedback skills: Clarity in communication and constructive feedback are key to avoiding misunderstandings and motivating your team. As an experienced actor and stage performer, I can also help you to improve your presentation skills.
Conflict resolution: I'll show you how to recognise conflicts early on, deal with them confidently and find solutions that help everyone move forward.

Change management, adaptability, innovative ability, visionary leadership, decision management: communicating decisions, delegating according to SMART, challenges in cooperation

Communicating
Optimising communication and conflict skills (iceberg model, classic communication theory) and body language, mastering confrontations, promoting social and emotional intelligence, active listening and perception, solution-oriented dialogue, practising progress dialogues and care and return conversations

Promoting diversity & inclusion
Leadership based on the ideal of diversity and inclusion (welcoming culture, etc.), the wheel of diversity, minority stress, recognising and countering unconscious biases, ethics and sustainability in the company

Digital leadership (as online training)
Digital leadership and technological competence, online tools (Miro, Zoom, MEntimeter, ...) and interactive online methods, giving presentations, improving my appearance, making meetings (more) efficient, mastering challenges in the home office

Encourage and motivate
Promoting resilience in the team, feedback culture, employee development and talent management, measuring and evaluating performance, development dialogue, motivation & fears (what motivates and what inhibits my employees?), if necessary, conclusion of basic part.

Addressing current challenges (e.g. dealing with challenging people, improving time efficiency/preventing burnout, dealing with conflicts, assault and cases of discrimination), individual psychodrama work on the topic ‘My current challenges and fears’

Developing myself as a manager
Magic shop: How would I like to develop myself further? What am I missing? What annoys me about myself? Feedback from colleagues (according to Johari): How do I experience you? What do I appreciate about you? What am I missing? If necessary, implement an intercollegial exchange (problem solving, collegial counselling)

Individual sessions (optional)
One-to-one supervision: What are my own issues? What do I not dare to discuss in the group?
