My sessions should be about more than just describing your current problems - you probably already do that with your friends. My aim is for you to leave each session with new impulses or even concrete ideas for change. To achieve this, I work with creative and effective methods that go beyond just talking, such as psychodramatic role reversals or re-enacting everyday situations.
Professional counselling is not only useful in crises. It can also serve as support for important decisions or simply as a check-up in terms of relationship hygiene - as an opportunity to reflect on and strengthen your partnership.
I have over 10 years of experience as a couples counsellor. My approach is not non-partisan but all-partisan, which means that I make sure that all parties involved are heard and leave the sessions with a feeling of agreement. I also see queerness as a method: with my open, sex-positive and sometimes unconventional mindset, I offer you impulses that can open up new perspectives. An appreciative atmosphere in which all your thoughts, concerns and needs are given space is particularly important to me. This is how we create real change together and improve your connection to each other.
I am happy to accompany you if you would like support in your (couple or poly) relationship.
